Attempted Fraudulent Access

Good afternoon/evening 

I have received this information from Together Housing and would like to pass this on to make yourselves aware. 

Dear Resident, 

We are writing to inform you and raise your awareness that earlier today 2 young males, aged around 20 years old, wearing hi-vis vests fraudulently attempted to enter a residents property on the Shadsworth Estate at Lamlash Road by advising he was a tradesman. 

They walked past the resident and said they were from Casey, and they were there to repair a tile in their bathroom. No work was being completed so the resident asked them to leave before calling the site office to report this. 

All Casey employees and contractors have photo identification cards. Please ask to see their ID card if you are not familiar with the person entering your home. If you are still unsure please contact Casey to confirm. (07977443697) 

Please remember for your safety do not let anyone into your home without first seeing a valid ID badge.
